Age 65 and over Potential danger to self or others, or gravely disabled. Behavioral problems due to psychiatric conditions. Severe agitation, anxiety or depression which interferes with daily functioning Severe psychotic symptoms including hallucinations, delusions, paranoia or thought disorders. |

The facilities are within three (3) blocks of a bus stop and one (1) block of Pacific Manor Board & Care, which provides a complete support system including medical, social, psychiatric, and psychological services, medication management, and offers nourishing meals at minimal cost. Tenants share a bedroom, common living and cooking areas with weekly monitory visits by staff. |

About the program: Developmentally disabled persons (18-64) with other disabilities are given 24 hr care. These facilities are in Rialto in 3 (ICF-DDH) 6 bed homes, receiving day treatment offsite.
